Acceptance of the conditions
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the conditions set out on this screen and expressly declares to accept them. These conditions of use govern the contractual relations between https://www.shamballa-shilajit.com and his client, both parties accepting them without reservation.
Order
A firm order with no possibility of cancellation is placed when the customer presses the "Confirm Order" button on the confirmation page. By placing an order, you are making us an offer to purchase the products you have selected. We reserve the right to accept or decline this offer at our discretion.
https://www.shamballa-shilajit.com confirms the acceptance of the order and its progress to the customer at the email address provided by the customer during registration. This confirmation is effective when the customer receives an email from https://www.shamballa-shilajit.com indicating that the order has moved to “Processing” mode.
This email thus forms a sales contract between you and https://www.shamballa-shilajit.com
https://www.shamballa-shilajit.com reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order. In the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, https://www.shamballa-shilajit.com cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. In case of delivery problems from the manufacturer (availability), https://www.shamballa-shilajit.com will ensure that an alternative solution is found in agreement with the customer and to their advantage.
Return and refund
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in exceptional circumstances.
For reasons of hygiene and health protection and in accordance with the provisions of article L221-28 of the Consumer Code , the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
Consequently, any product opened (packaging) or used after receipt cannot be returned or refunded. This provision applies to food supplements such as Shilajit, due to their specific nature and sensitivity.
Consequently, Shilajit SHAMBALLA®, marketed as a food supplement sensitive to heat, UV rays, contaminants, and rigorously packaged, cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened/altered or the packaging no longer allows for safe resale. Returns of this product are only accepted if it is perfectly intact, unopened, in its complete original packaging and in compliance with the withdrawal procedure provided for by law (14-day period).
This provision does not affect the application of legal guarantees (conformity, hidden defects). Indeed, consumable and perishable goods such as food supplements may only be returned or exchanged if they were received damaged, with refusal, report or reservation to the carrier upon delivery.

Delivery times
Our products are delivered quickly worldwide, except during special periods when demand is very high, which may affect delivery times. Our tracked packages are shipped on average within 48 hours, or 2 working days after your order is placed. We deliver on average within 3 to 5 days for all of Europe, and 8 to 12 days for the rest of the world.

Preparation, packaging, shipping and delivery costs
Currently, shipping costs are only €2.93 for Europe and are FREE for purchases over €70.
They are €9.97 for DOM TOM Zone 1 and Switzerland, and €19.97 for the rest of the world, regardless of the weight of the package.
Our shipments are fast and secure with Colissimo against signature.
Price
Prices are expressed on the basis of the Euro. The prices indicated on the order confirmation are binding, even in the event of a variation between the order date and the delivery date of the goods.
Duties & taxes
Our prices are calculated and indicated inclusive of all taxes (TTC) for all shipments within the European Union, according to the customs regulations of each country (e.g. 5.5% VAT in France).
Shipments outside the EU (DROM-COM, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Australia, etc.)
Orders shipped outside the European Union (including DROM-COM) are delivered according to the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place), ex-DDU.
Consequently, all local duties and taxes (VAT/GST, dock dues, customs duties, presentation/clearance fees, any storage or brokerage fees) are the responsibility of the buyer and payable to the carrier upon delivery or via the method indicated by the carrier. The prices displayed on our site do not include these amounts, which we cannot estimate with certainty or collect on your behalf.
The buyer acts as the reference importer and undertakes to:
(i) provide accurate delivery information and any documents required by local authorities;
(ii) pay without delay the sums claimed by the carrier or customs;
(iii) comply with the import laws and restrictions of the destination country/region.
For legal compliance, we declare the true value and commercial nature of the products; we do not undervalue or declare shipments as “gifts”.
In the event of refusal to pay duties/taxes, impossibility of delivery or failure to claim the package, it may be returned or destroyed by the carrier/customs. In the event of an effective return, the refund, if applicable, will be made less the costs incurred (outbound shipping costs, return costs, duties/taxes/collections re-invoiced, processing fees). No refund is due if the package is destroyed/abandoned due to the buyer.
The delivery times indicated are exclusive of customs delays; we cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to customs controls or local regulations.
