Returns, exchanges or cancellations
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in exceptional circumstances.
For reasons of hygiene and health protection and in accordance with the provisions of article L221-28 of the Consumer Code , the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
Consequently, any product opened (packaging) or used after receipt cannot be returned or refunded. This provision applies to food supplements such as Shilajit, due to their specific nature and sensitivity.
Consequently, Shilajit SHAMBALLA®, marketed as a food supplement sensitive to heat, UV rays, contaminants, and rigorously packaged, cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened/altered or the packaging no longer allows for safe resale. Returns of this product are only accepted if it is perfectly intact, unopened, in its complete original packaging and in compliance with the withdrawal procedure provided for by law (14-day period).
This provision does not affect the application of legal guarantees (conformity, hidden defects). Indeed, consumable and perishable goods such as food supplements may only be returned or exchanged if they were received damaged, with refusal, report or reservation to the carrier upon delivery.

For any return or claim, for example if upon receipt of the goods you notice a breakage or any problem with it, please first notify us as soon as possible using one of the methods below:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we ask you to take and send us a photo(s) to facilitate the processing of your claim to the following address: contact@shamballa-shilajit.com
To make any return or claim, you must provide us with a receipt, order number or other proof of purchase.
Additionally, please note that:
- This policy does not apply to products that have been opened and/or used.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Only the item price, including taxes, is refundable.
- We assume no responsibility for loss, theft or damage incurred during the return of merchandise.
Refunds or exchange (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If your request is approved and you are issued a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
If this is an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to you within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
Before returning a product, please make sure you have communicated and agreed with us. If applicable, we will provide you with the return address. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €60, you will use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancelation
It is not possible to cancel your order more than 48 hours after the transaction has been completed. You will therefore have to return it to obtain a refund (in the case of a product eligible for a refund).
Returning a product shipped to the wrong address
If you provide an incorrect address and our delivery service is unable to deliver the item, the package will be returned to the original address on the shipping label.
A representative from our company will contact you to confirm whether you wish to cancel or receive your order. Your shipping information will be validated and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping your order, if applicable.
