These subscription terms supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the website www.shamballa-shilajit.com and apply to any subscription to the subscription offer proposed by SASU Natural Mystic Shop France Diffusion, registered under number 851 619 866 with the Vesoul Commercial Register and with its registered office at 135 Le Village 70270 FRESSE, FRANCE.

1. Purpose of the subscription

The Shamballa Shilajit subscription allows the Customer to automatically receive the Shamballa Shilajit product at the frequency chosen during subscription, at a preferential rate compared to the standard unit price displayed on the website.

The subscription is concluded without a minimum commitment period. It remains active until terminated by the Customer or by the Company under the stipulated conditions.

2. Subscription

Subscription is carried out online on the www.shamballa-shilajit.com website.

By validating their subscription, the Customer acknowledges:

  • having read these subscription terms;

  • having read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable on the website;

  • having been informed, before validation, of the essential characteristics of the offer, the applicable price, the billing frequency, delivery terms, and termination conditions.

The subscription becomes final after payment validation and sending of a confirmation email to the Customer.

3. Subscription operation

The subscription leads to the automatic creation of recurring orders for the selected product, according to the frequency chosen by the Customer during subscription, namely: 1 month, 3 months or 5 months.

At each due date, unless modified, suspended, or terminated within the stipulated deadlines, a new order is automatically generated and billed to the registered payment method.

4. Subscription price

The subscription is free and the product price is as indicated on the website on the day of subscription.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are given in euros, all taxes included.

Any delivery costs applicable to the subscription are specified before validating the subscription, at checkout.

The Company reserves the right to modify the subscription price for future due dates. Any price modification will be communicated to the Customer before its entry into force. In case of refusal of this new price, the Customer may terminate their subscription before the next concerned due date, without any costs or penalties.

5. Recurring payment

By subscribing, the Customer expressly authorizes the Company, or its payment provider, to automatically debit the amount corresponding to the recurring order at each due date, using the payment method provided at the time of subscription or updated later.

The Customer undertakes to maintain valid and up-to-date payment information throughout the subscription period.

In case of payment failure, the Company may, at its discretion:

  • make one or more new payment attempts;

  • temporarily suspend the subscription;

  • refuse shipment of the concerned order;

  • or terminate the subscription in case of persistent incident.

6. Delivery

Products ordered under the subscription are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of subscription or modified later in their customer account, subject to compliance with technical processing times.

Preparation and delivery times are those indicated on the website or in the order confirmation.

The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided. In case of an error attributable to the Customer, any re-shipping costs may be charged to them.

7. Subscription management

  • update their delivery address;

  • change their payment method;

  • adjust the shipping frequency;

  • temporarily suspend their subscription;

8. Termination by the Customer

The Customer can terminate their subscription at any time, without cost or penalty, from their customer account or via the online termination feature available on the website.

To be taken into account for the next due date, termination must occur at least 48 hours before the next billing or order preparation date.

Otherwise, termination will take effect from the following due date.

Any order already generated, validated, billed, or in preparation at the time of the termination request remains due and will be fulfilled.

A termination confirmation email is sent to the Customer, specifying the effective end date of the subscription.

9. Suspension or termination by the Company

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any subscription, automatically, without compensation, particularly in the event of:

  • repeated payment incidents;

  • fraud or attempted fraud;

  • abusive or misuse of the subscription offer;

  • serious breach by the Customer of their contractual obligations;

  • long-term product unavailability.

In such a case, only orders already validly placed before the date of suspension or termination will remain due.

10. Product availability

The subscription is offered subject to product availability.

In case of temporary stock shortage, the Company may:

  • postpone shipment;

  • temporarily suspend the subscription;

  • or inform the Customer of any available alternative solution.

In case of long-term unavailability, the Company may terminate the subscription without cost to the Customer for the unfulfilled due dates.

11. Right of withdrawal

When the Customer is a consumer and the subscription is made remotely, they benefit from the legal right of withdrawal under the conditions provided by the Consumer Code.

The terms for exercising this right and, where applicable, the withdrawal form are indicated in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the website.

When the product has been opened, unsealed, or cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, the right of withdrawal may be excluded in cases provided by applicable regulations.
