Poor recovery isn't always immediately obvious. In this context, recovery minerals deserve more than just a label claim. They play a direct role in nervous balance, muscle contraction, cellular hydration, and energy production.
The problem is that not everything is equally important. Between generic formulas, symbolic dosages, and overly broad promises, it becomes difficult to distinguish the essential from the secondary.
